Rev 19 gives us heaven’s perspective of the fall of Babylon. Heaven’s perspective stands in stark contrast to the mourning of Babylon’s lovers, and it resumes the progress and narrative of the future events of the Tribulation. During the Tribulation series we are taken from somber weeping and lamenting to joyful worship and praise, from darkness and doom to light and deliverance, from a series of woes to a series of jubilant announcements. In this message Tim talks about the jubilant announcements of the Tribulation; the Hallelujah Choruses, the announcement of the marriage Supper of the Lamb (e.g. Old testament saints to the supper), The announcement of the Advent of Christ and the robe dipped in blood, the Jewish marriage ceremony and how it relates to Christ and His Church.

This is a letter from Jesus to the church at Laodicea in Asia Minor. It was given to John in a vision and had the purpose of saving the church from lukewarmness and possible destruction. It’s a message that every church needs to hear, especially at the beginning of a week of concerted prayer. These are solemn words of counsel and love to a church that is content with itself, and feels need of nothing.
