SBC Jesus is Reliable Matt Moore

In Matthew chapter 11 we see that John the Baptist is puzzled. We read- Mat 11:2 Now when John heard in prison about the deeds Christ had done, he sent his disciples to ask a question:
Mat 11:3 “Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?” John had declared Jesus to be the Lamb of God. If Jesus was the promised Messiah, why was John in prison- why weren’t things working out as John had anticipated? Pastor Matt explains our plans, our circumstances, our emotions have no bearing on the reliability of Jesus. Just like John we may not understand what’s happening or why something is happening but that doesn’t change the character of God or the plans he has for us.

SBC The Battle for Truth Colossians 2:1

A recent article says it has proof that the Bible is wrong. DNA results from ancient human remains in Palestine shows that the Canaanites were not wiped out as God said, they are actually alive in Lebanon today. They claim that this proves the Bible as false. The truth is that God told the Hebrews to wipe out the Canaanites but they didn’t do what God said- the Bible is true after all. The haters of God often distort the truth or give false information just to attack God and the Bible. Listen as Pastor Tim explains this from Colossians chapter 2.

This passage that Pastor Tim is preaching from explains the mystery that was hidden until the church age. Listen as Tim explains the mystery of the ages.

Pastor Tim explains the advantages of serving a God who know the future and can guide us down a perfect path because He cares for us.
Just as a person can look at highway cameras on a freeway and warn a loved one that there is a crash site ahead or a bad blizzard ahead. God can also warn us of a bad direction we might take.

SBC Provision for the Believing 2 Kings 8:1-16

God can and does supply abundantly and exceedingly greater than we can imagine. Listen as Pastor Tim covers a story that God restores a faithful woman’s home and property back to her years after she did what God asked her to do.
